Emerging Leaders Program Internship Summer 2020 →

When: September 9th and 10th
Where: Recruiting at the Career Fair

Hi I’m Bryn Thornburgh, a BS INTA Fall 2018, and I’m currently within my first year in the ELP program at Crown Castle. When I graduated I knew I wanted to go into a job where I would gain valuable experience quickly, and that I would be trusted to contribute to the group right away. In Crown’s ELP Program I found that. Due to the four rotation program, I will get to spend 6 months in four different roles; allowing me to explore different work areas and locations allowing me to see the company culture across the whole company and show the connections behind each sector of Crown. This program, also, allows me to have direct contact with manager-level personnel, and since the program is smaller it is personalized to my strengths and interests. I cannot begin to explain how much I’ve enjoyed my work experience, and this program is a great opportunity for someone looking to jump start their career and eventually move into a leadership position.

Meet Bryn and Crown Castle at the Career Fair on 9/9 and 9/10. The ELP Internship is a 10-week program designed to help identify candidates for the full-time Emerging Leaders Program.
