2020 Nunn School Career Visit to Washington, DC →

When: Deadline to apply: 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 | Event: March 5th and 6th, 2020
Where: Washington D.C.

The Sam Nunn School is now accepting applications for participation in the annual Nunn School Career Visit to Washington, DC. This event will be held on March 5th and 6th, 2020. The trip will consist of a site visit to a DC area employer in the international affairs field, a briefing at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and an alumni reception; participants will schedule their own informational interviews with alumni to be completed over the weekend in DC. The Nunn School will provide a reimbursement of up to $500 to use toward your travel expenses (airfare, lodging, meals) for the trip. This program is open to all Nunn School Undergraduate and Graduate students (INTA, IAML, EIA, MSIA, IAST majors) as well as declared International Affairs or Global Development Minors regardless of where you are living or working this spring.

ORGANIZING CORPS 2020 is recruiting and training young people so they have the skills and experience to put a Democrat in the White House and win up and down the ticket in 2020.

The OC2020 Bootcamp is geared towards college seniors and students completing school by June 2020, as well as those looking to work on the 2020 general election but cannot commit to the 5-week Immersion Program.7-days in-person in January and March 2020 and $500 travel and living stipend.

The Immersion Program is designed for recent graduates and career switchers interested in getting intensive training and on-the-ground practice in their hometown before applying to join the 2020 general election. 5-weeks April 27, 2020 through May 31, 2020 in your hometown, full-time Tuesday-Saturday including nights and some Sundays, and $3,000 or more plus an additional gas stipend
