Details, including each candidate’s bio and curriculum vitae, will be made available on the candidate pages accessible via the IAC dean search site 48 hours prior to each visit. Georgia Tech credentials are required to access all materials. Information is being made available in this manner to protect the confidentiality of the finalists. A survey will also be posted after each visit and seminar are completed.
The search committee is chaired by Leslie Sharp, dean of Libraries. Search committee members were chosen via a nomination process and include a mix of faculty, staff, and students from within the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts, as well as colleges and units from across campus that work closely with Ivan Allen College.
Georgia Tech has retained the services of the executive search firm Russell Reynolds & Associates for the search. Russell Reynolds hosted several events and meetings June through August to seek feedback from faculty, staff, and students on the preferred qualifications of the next dean.
