What do you like best about your major?
As an economics/mathematics double major, I love being able to engage with my curriculum through both quantitative and humanistic lenses. Being able to think critically about data, economic theory, and pressing real-world issues makes me excited to work in public service and contribute meaningfully to improving community/ individual well-being.
What do you love about liberal arts at Georgia Tech?
I think it is incredibly powerful to study liberal arts through the lens of a technical and research-intensive school of Georgia Tech's caliber. Being part of IAC has allowed me to pursue my passion for public sector work while ensuring I have the broadly applicable and valuable technical skills to carry into the job market. I love being surrounded by innovative and driven individuals on both the student and faculty level.

I have participated in the Georgia Tech Virtually Integrated Projects Program, where I researched economic inequalities in Georgia arts funding. I also completed two research projects this summer related to business for my mentor.
What do you like best about your major?
What I like most about Economics at Georgia Tech is that I will graduate with a Bachelor of Science rather than a Bachelor of Arts. This opens up more opportunities to explore tech-focused careers. I also added International Affairs into the mix because it gives me a well-rounded view of the world through policy—equipping me with the tools to create meaningful change in the future.
What do you love about liberal arts at Georgia Tech?
I love that liberal arts at Georgia Tech is a small but important community on campus. We engage in critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving from a humanities perspective that allows us to tackle complex global challenges. The emphasis on collaboration across diverse fields offers unique opportunities for us to make meaningful contributions to society. I also appreciate how driven the student body is and how supportive our professors are—they are deeply knowledgeable in their fields and truly invested in our success.
